1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using sacralboudoir.com or giveaway.sacralboudoir.com (the “Sites”), booking a consultation/session, or opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Sites and to receive services. Photo sessions require valid government ID if requested. Session participation and any image licensing/model releases are governed by a separate service agreement you’ll sign before your session.

3) Use of the Sites

You agree not to misuse the Sites, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access data without authorization. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Sites at any time.

4) Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites—including logos, text, images, designs, and code—is owned by Sacral Boudoir or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written permission.

5) Bookings, Promotions & Giveaway Entries

Availability, pricing, and promotions are subject to change.

Any deposits, reschedule/cancellation windows, or product inclusions will be stated at booking or in your session agreement.

Giveaway entries must meet eligibility rules on the entry page; winners will be notified as stated in the promotion. We may substitute an item of equal or greater value if needed.

6) SMS/Text Messaging Terms

When you opt in (on-site checkbox or keyword text), you consent to receive recurring promotional and appointment SMS from Sacral Boudoir.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel. HELP for help.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

We may send via LeadConnector/GoHighLevel, Twilio, or similar providers.

7) Third-Party Services

The Sites may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Google Analytics, Meta, LeadConnector). We’re not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

8) Disclaimer

The Sites and content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sacral Boudoir and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the service giving rise to the claim.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Sites, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to jurisdiction there. (If you prefer arbitration, tell me and I’ll add a standard arbitration clause.)

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
